Pendant lamps +40% · brass +35%
Neo Deco, for $12.81 to $318
Neo Deco is the reaction to a decade of grey minimalism: warm metals, fluted glass, curved lines, and a bit of shine. Pinterest logged a 40% year-on-year rise in pendant lamp searches and 35% for the brass aesthetic. It is also the single easiest look to get wrong by overspending — a fluted glass pendant is a simple object, and the price gap between a design-store version and a well-reviewed factory version is enormous.
How we make money: nothing on this page is an affiliate link yet, and we earn nothing if you buy. When that changes, this notice changes with it — and the picks will still be chosen on order volume, rating and how well they read in a room.

Before you order
Three things decide whether a piece like this arrives looking like the photo, and none of them are the price:
- Read the dimensions, not the render. The most common disappointment in this category is scale — a pendant that looks substantial in a styled photo turning out to be 18cm across. Every listing states the size; almost nobody reads it.
- Check the buyer photos, not the seller photos. Sort reviews by "with pictures". Seller renders are frequently the manufacturer's studio shots; buyer photos show the actual finish under actual domestic light.
- For anything wired, check the fitting and voltage. Most of these ship with E27 sockets and expect 220–240V. If you're in North America, confirm the seller offers a 110V variant before you order.
